The methodology
The Project Rating is obtained using a precise operating methodology which envisages the following profiles:

Modeling profile
It consists in the re-organization of the Project Files describing the various Project Disciplines, on the basis of which the information dataset is prepared, consisting of the Single Archive and Documents, the data of which will be subjected to subsequent evaluation and analysis.

Evaluation Profile
It consists in identifying the Criticalities of the Project, through the qualitative analysis of the information dataset and the determination of the consequent Risk Profiles.

Voting Profile
It consists in the assignment of scores of the qualitative level of the project data and of the risks detected by means of which, with a special calculation model called CAC - Cluster Average Calculation - the numerical results are obtained to be assigned to the Evaluation Areas and to the Index of Risk.

Emission Profile
These are the outputs with which the Rating results are represented, i.e. the Rating Index, expressed through the Rating Graph (Graph Rating) and the Main Problem Areas (Graph Zone), and the Final Summary Document (Final Report) which summarizes the final data of the project subjected to the Rating and the various KPIs.
