The purposes of the Project Rating are to:

improve the quality of Projects;

verify its real financeability.

A guideline
The Project Rating is used as a guideline in project management in the ex-ante and ex-post phases, in order to ascertain the criticalities and risks of the various application components and the consequent mitigation capacity.

The main purposes of the Project Rating

Know the degree of problematic nature of each single Project, through a synthetic risk index (Index Rating);

Identify the prevailing criticalities of the Project with respect to the two Evaluation Areas, Economic Area and Technical-Project Area (Zone Graph);

Propose the activities to be carried out to remove the identified critical issues and risks;
-
Provide a series of KPIs useful for the activities to be carried out in relation to the Project decision-making strategy.
