The phases of the Procedure
Phase 1 - Taking charge of the Project
It consists in the collection and cataloging of all the data and information necessary to start the first Phase of the Inspection Procedure.
It is divided into the following levels of analysis:

Analysis of the Professional Services Agreement

Analysis of the Professional Skills required

Analysis of Project Documentation
Phase 2 - Schedule
After the first evaluation regarding the quality and quantity of documents delivered to CMAssociati STP, the Technical Manager together with the Inspectors agrees on the Timetable, the document for the temporal planning of the inspection activities.
Phase 3 – Procedure steps for verification activities
The Inspection activity within CMAssociati STP consists of numerous procedural Steps, each of which is duly reported in documents cataloged in a special section of the Single Inspection Archive.
Phase 4 - Inspection Report
The Inspection Report has the purpose of reporting the characteristics of the Project and the methodology applied for the evaluation and validation of the Project and clearly and accurately highlights the following elements:

Project identification;

identification of CMAssociati STP as Inspection Body;

unique identification and date of issue;
-
date of execution of the Inspection;
-
identification of the elements subject to inspection;

signature of the Inspector who carried out the Inspection and of the Technical Director;

the results of the inspection.
Phase 5 – Closing
The final phase of the contract concludes with the delivery of the Final Report to the Customer.
